Baloch are struggling to get rid of the slavery imposed on them: Asa Zafar Baloch
Awaran (Mashkay): Baloch National Movement’s central care-taker President Mr. Asa Zafar Baloch said educated and intelligent leadership are involved in Baloch National movement, our struggle is for victory of Baloch nation only and there is no confusion about that. He expressed these views while addressing a massive lecture program in Mashaky high school. He said “we do not demand anything from the occupiers but our struggle is to get rid of the 60 year slavery which has been imposed on us”. He said that movement was being fought in an organised way on both political and armed fronts and Baloch liberation movement has been recognised on international level.
He said that at this very important juncture of the movement everyone needs to sacrifice their luxuries to fulfill their national duties. He said that “We should neither be overjoyed nor loose hope, but we should follow the philosophy of Shaheed Ghulam Mohmmad, Nawab Bugti, Dr Khalid Baloch, Balach Marri and thousands of other and we need to unite under the leadership of Brahumdgh Bugti and Dr Allah Nazar Baloch”. The Message and awareness about national liberation need to be delivered to every housed, village and town. Everyone cannot be involved in armed struggle but everyone should play their part in national struggle according to their capability.
Talking about the role of religious scholars in national movement he said Islam says that silence over cruelty is the biggest cruelty itself and Islam allows us to fight for our rights, dignity and survival. He said the way Shaheed Ghulam Mohammad Baloch and his companions had been abducted in broad day light from the house of law and later killed in cold-blood and their bodies disrespected, is a challenge for the Baluch nation and we accept this challenge. Every Baloch child will struggle till their last breath, he said. “Everyone dies in the end then why should not we die fighting for our country”, Mr Asa Zafar Baloch said in his concluding remarks.
Principle of inter college Mashkay professor Siddiq Baloch in his speech said that “this land is ours and no one have given it to us as charity”. He said today’s struggle instead of tribal or group struggle has become national struggle and it has attracted the world's attention. He said it is the struggle of laborers, farmers, shepherds, youth, elders and every other Baloch. A slave nation has realised their slavery and “the struggle will continue until we get rid of the curse of slavery”, Said Mr Siddiq Baloch. BNM’s CC members Dr Deen Mohammed Baloch, Dr Manan Baloch and Dr Naseem Baloch also spoke at this occasion.
