Military offensive continue in Chamaling 10 arrested, six security personal killed in Sui: BRA


Balochistan: Pakistani security forces have intensified military offensives in Chamaling area of Kohistan Marri. Sources reported that Pakistani security forces have surrounded different the houses of residents and started a house-to-house search. Ten Marri Baluch have been arrested in this operation. According eye witnesses they have been tortured on the spot, many injured seriously and later the victims were tied with ropes and taken to unknown locations. On the other hand helicopters have been flying over these areas while the ground forces continued their offenses against innocent and unarmed villagers. Reports also said that standing crops of the resident were deliberately set a blazed by Pakistani security forces.

The most affected area by the military operation is Barg Sham, Shahal Sham, Jhajar, Nimro and Koh-e-baqal. In 1973 Bhutto regime had also carried out a military operation in these areas and massacred over 5300 people including women and children. The residents of these villages said that it was a reminder of the Bhutto period by yet another PPP government.

Meantime Sarbaz Baloch of Baloch Republican Army informed different media sources that his organisation has attacked a Pakistani security forces check post in the bordering area of Sui, Kishmore and Punjab. Doli check post near Sui was set up there to protect gas pipeline to Punjab. Sarbaz Baloch claimed that the fight between Baloch Fighters and Pakistani security forces continued for four hours. As a result six Pakistani regular army personal were killed and ten other injured. An oil depot and the vehicles at the camp were completely destroyed. Sarbaz Baloch claimed the responsibility of the attack on behalf of BRA.
